Statement by Tech Horizons

Přemysl Rubeš is not involved in the management or operations of the Tech Horizons fund and holds no role or ownership in it. Our collaboration with him ended in September 2025.

The current situation therefore has no impact on the functioning of Tech Horizons, its investment activities, or its cooperation with portfolio companies.

We do not have any further information regarding Přemysl Rubeš’s detention. Out of respect for the privacy of Přemysl and his family, we will not comment further on the matter.

Vyjádření fondu Tech Horizons

Přemysl Rubeš se na řízení ani chodu fondu Tech Horizons nijak nepodílí a nemá v něm žádný podíl ani roli. Spolupráci jsme s ním ukončili už v září 2025.

Současná situace proto nijak neovlivňuje fungování Tech Horizons, jeho investiční činnost ani spolupráci s portfoliovými společnostmi.

O zadržení Přemysla Rubeše nemáme žádné bližší informace. S ohledem na respektování soukromí Přemka a jeho rodiny se k situaci nebudeme dále vyjadřovat.
